Disconnect the right thumbstick cable

  • The right thumbstick will be on your left-hand side when working on the Steam Deck, as it's laying upside down.

  • Use the pointed end of a spudger to lift up the small locking flap on the thumbstick cable's ZIF connector.

  • Use a pair of tweezers to slide the cable out of its connector.

  • Grip the cable by the blue pull tab, not by the cable itself.

Koppel de kabel van de rechter duimpook los

De rechter duimpook bevindt zich aan de linkerzijde van de Steam Deck tijdens deze procedure, aangezien de Steam Deck ondersteboven ligt.

Gebruik de punt van je spudger om de vergrendeling op de ZIF-aansluiting van de kabel van de duimpook omhoog te duwen.

Gebruik een pincet om de kabelaansluiting uit het contact weg te trekken.

Pak de kabel vast bij de blauwe treklip, en trek nooit aan de kabel zelf.
