  • Ziehe anschließend den Motorschild auf der anderen Seite heraus.

  • Ziehe den Anker heraus. Eventuell geht das schwer, dann musst du ihn sehr vorsichtig herausklopfen.

  • Verliere nicht die beiden Scheiben, die sich oben und unten auf der Motorwelle befinden.

  • Dieser Motor war innen stark verrostet und verschmutzt. Alle Gleitflächen, die Kontaktflächen am Kommutator (wo die Kohlen aufliegen), der Anker und die Spuleninnenseiten wurden mit feinem Schleifpapier gereinigt. Die Lager wurden mit Silikonöl geschmiert. Nach der Montage lief der Motor wieder wie am ersten Tag.

Carefully pull out the bottom motor shield.

Remove the rotor. If it is stuck tap it carefully out using a hammer.

Take care of the two washers located on the top and the bottom of the motor shaft.

This motor was heavily rusted and dirty inside. All sliding surfaces, the contact surfaces on the commutator (where the carbons rest), the rotor and the armatur insides were cleaned with fine sandpaper. The bearings were lubricated with silicone oil. After reassembly, the motor ran as it did on the first day.
