Insert an opening pick

  • Once the screen is warm to the touch, apply a suction cup to the bottom edge of the phone.

  • If your screen is badly cracked, covering it with a layer of clear packing tape may allow the suction cup to adhere. Alternatively, very strong tape may be used instead of the suction cup. If all else fails, you can superglue the suction cup to the screen.

  • Lift the screen with the suction handle to create a small gap between the screen and the frame.

  • Insert an opening pick in the gap between the midframe and the screen.

  • Slide the opening pick to the bottom right corner of the screen to slice its adhesive. Leave the opening pick in place to prevent the adhesive from resealing.

Ein Plektrum einführen

Wenn das Display so heiß ist, dass du es kaum noch anfassen kannst, befestige einen Saugnapf am unteren Ende.

Falls dein Display gesplittert ist, decke es mit festem Klebeband ab damit der Saugnapf haften kann. Falls sich das Display nicht löst kann alternativ stark haftendes Klebeband benutzt werden. Falls alles nichts hilft, kannst du den Saugheber auch mit Superkleber festkleben.

Hebe das Display ein kleines Stück an, um einen Spalt zwischen Display und Rahmen zu bekommen.

Führe ein Plektrum in den Spalt zwischen Display und Mittelrahmen ein.

Schiebe das Öffnungswerkzeug zur unteren rechten Ecke des Displays hin, um die Klebenaht zu trennen. Lasse das Plektrum stecken, damit sich der Kleber nicht wieder verbinden kann.
