  • Before finding a way inside these plugs, we remove the silicone eartips.

  • The eartips sled over an oval groove outside the earbud head, providing a relatively large sound opening.

  • Since these are sled-over tips, they should be replaceable with any aftermarket tips you prefer. That's worth something (for Nothing).

  • Since the vise and heating procedure was a good choice in previous earbud teardowns, we decide to put a little bit of pressure on the Ear (1) to get inside the opaque head.

  • Success! With the help of a halberd spudger, we can peek into previously hidden components.

Bevor wir einen Weg ins Innere dieser Ohrhörer finden, entfernen wir zunächst die Silikon- Polsterkappen.

Die Polsterkappen werden über eine ovale Rille außen am Kopf der Ohrhörer geschoben und bieten eine relative große Öffnung für den Ton.

Da es sich um aufgesetzte Ohrpolster handelt, sollten sie durch beliebige Aftermarket-Polster ersetzt werden können. Das ist etwas wert.

Nachdem sich die Methode mit dem Schraubstock und dem Erhitzen bei vorherigen Teardowns von Ohrhörern bewährt hat, beschließen wir, ein wenig Druck auf das ear (1) auszuüben, um in das Innere des undurchsichtigen Kopfes zu gelangen.

Erfolg! Mit Hilfe eines Hellebarden-Spudgers, können wir die zuvor versteckten Komponenten erspähen.
