Remove the foam pieces

  • Various pieces of foam protect the battery wires and the interconnect ribbon cable. They'll need to be removed in order to access the battery.

  • Use a pair of tweezers to peel up and remove the first piece of foam covering the interconnect cable.

  • The foam pads are all secured with light adhesive.

  • Try your best to not rip these foam pads as you remove them, as ideally they're reused during reassembly.

Verwijder de stukken schuim

Er bevindt zich een aantal stukjes schuim in de behuizing om de batterijkabels en de interconnectkabel te beschermen. Deze zul je moeten verwijderen om toegang tot de batterij te kunnen krijgen.

Gebruik een pincet om het eerste stukje schuim, dat over de interconnectkabel is geplaatst, omhoog te trekken en te verwijderen.

De stukjes schuim zijn allemaal met een lichte lijm bevestigd.

Doe je best en probeer te voorkomend dat het schuim scheurt bij het verwijderen. Je zult ze bij het weer in elkaar zetten van je toestel namelijk terug moeten plaatsen.
