Remove the plastic foot

  • Flip the keyboard over, laying the it key-side down onto a clean work surface.

  • The dial will prevent the keyboard from laying perfectly flat. If you need to, lay the keyboard on a soft towel to prevent wobble.

  • Heat an iOpener and lay it on the left rear plastic foot for about two minutes.

  • Alternatively, a hair dryer or a heat gun may also be used, but be careful not to overheat the keyboard.

Verwijder de plastic voet

Draai het toetsenbord om en leg het met de toetsen naar beneden op een schoon werkoppervlak.

De draaiknop voorkomt dat het toetsenbord helemaal plat komt te liggen. Leg het toetsenbord, indien nodig, op een handdoek om gewiebel tijdens de reparatie te voorkomen.

Verwarm een iOpener en leg deze gedurende twee minuten op het voetkussen aan de links op (de achterkant van) het toetsenbord.

Als alternatief kun je hier ook een föhn of een warmtepistool voor gebruiken. Wees bij het gebruik hiervan echter voorzichtig en voorkom dat je je toestel oververhit.
