  • Then we recombine the signal board with the logic board. Apply some Paste Flux to the bonding pads of the signal board.

  • To better clean tin subsequently, apply some low-temperature Solder Paste to neutralize the temperature of the bonding pads.

  • Clean the bonding pads with Soldering Iron at 380 °C and solder wick. Apply solder paste to the bonding pads of the logic board. Please do not affect surrounding components while applying solder paste. This should also be noted while using Soldering Iron to remove tin.

  • Clean the bonding pads with PCB Cleaner.

Ensuite, nous réassemblons la carte de signal avec la carte mère. Appliquez un peu de flux sur les pastilles de liaison de la carte de signaux.

Pour mieux nettoyer l'étain par la suite, appliquez de la pâte à souder à basse température pour neutraliser la température des pastilles de liaison.

Nettoyez les plages de connexion avec un fer à souder à 380 °C et une mèche à souder. Appliquez de la pâte à souder sur les pastilles de connexion de la carte mère. N'affectez pas les composants proches lors de l'application de la pâte à souder. Il convient également d'en tenir compte lors de l'utilisation du fer à souder pour retirer l'étain.

Nettoyer les pastilles de connexion avec du nettoyant PCB.
