  • Be mindful of keeping the lens glass away from abrasives when disassembling. Turn the camera over and use your plastic spudger (pry tool) to pop out the plastic ring obscuring two small screws.

  • NOTE: many fixers may find that replacing only the distal USB-C plug is needed. In that case, you needn't open the camera or replace the cable -- just skip to the wiring explanation in step 4, and get a new USB 3.x type-A or type-C male plug.

Veillez à garder l'objectif loin de tout matériau abrasif durant le démontage. Retournez la caméra, puis utilisez votre spatule pour déclipser l'anneau en plastique qui cache 2 petites vis.

REMARQUE : de nombreux réparateurs trouveront peut-être qu'il suffit de remplacer uniquement la prise USB-C distale. Dans ce cas, vous n'avez pas besoin d'ouvrir la caméra ou de remplacer le câble - passez simplement à l'explication du câblage à l'étape 4 et procurez-vous une nouvelle prise mâle USB 3.x type A ou type C.
