  • Now we can solder the PMU. Apply some Paste Flux to the bonding pad. Get a new PMU in position. Make sure you put it in the right direction. Solder with Hot Air Gun at 330℃, air flow 3 for 20s.

  • With the chip sinking and Paste Flux flowing, continue heating for 10s. Wait for the upper layer to cool for 5 minutes. Tear off the High Temperature Tape. Clean with PCB Cleaner afterwards. iPhone X PMU soldering and desoldering completed successfully.

Ahora podemos soldar la PMU. Aplica un poco de fundente en pasta a la almohadilla de unión. Coloca una nueva PMU en posición. Asegúrate de ponerla en la dirección correcta. Suelda con pistola de aire caliente a 330 ℃, flujo de aire 3 durante 20 s.

Mientras el chip se hunde y el fundente en pasta fluye, continúa calentando durante 10 s. Espere a que la capa superior se enfríe durante 5 minutos. Quita la cinta de alta temperatura. Limpia con PCB Cleaner después. La soldadura y desoldadura del iPhone X PMU se completó con éxito.
