  • Keep a firm grip on both the screen and main body of the MacBook Pro. Either half can fall unexpectedly during this step.

  • Push both halves of the MacBook Pro together so that the hinge brackets can be lifted clear of their recesses in the chassis.

  • Push the main body of the MacBook Pro away from you while pulling the screen toward you to separate it.

  • Remove the display/screen assembly, being careful not to snag it on any cables.

Houd zowel het scherm als de body van je MacBook Pro stevig vast. Beide helften kunnen tijdens deze stap onverwachts vallen.

Duw beide helften van de Macbook Pro samen zodat de scharnierbeugels uit de recessen in het chassis los kunnen komen.

Duw de body van de MacBook Pro van je weg terwijl je het scherm naar je toe trekt om beide helften van elkaar te scheiden.

Verwijder de schermmodule en zorg dat je daarbij de kabels niet onnodig beschadigt.
