  • Put the signal board on the 160 °C Heating Platform to heat. After the solder balls are formed, cool the signal board. Apply some Paste Flux on the bonding pad. Align the logic board with the signal board.

  • Keep heating to recombine the motherboard. Remove the motherboard after heating for about 2 minutes. Connect the motherboard with a power cable after it has cooled. Trigger the boot-up with tweezers. The boot current jump is normal.

  • Then we install the motherboard. The phone can be turned on. IMEI number can also be seen. The fault has been cleared.

Lege die Signalplatine zum Erhitzen auf die 160 °C-Heizplattform. Nachdem sich die Lötkugeln gebildet haben, kühl die Signalplatine ab. Trag etwas Flussmittelpaste auf das Lötauge auf. Richte die Logikplatine an der Signalplatine aus.

Erhitze weiter, um die Hauptplatine zu rekombinieren. Nimm die Hauptplatine nach etwa 2 Minuten Erwärmung heraus. Nachdem die Hauptplatine abgekühlt ist, schließ diese mit dem einem Stromkabel an. Löse den Bootvorgang mit einer Pinzette aus. Der Sprung des Bootstroms ist normal.

Dann installieren wir die Hauptplatine. Das Telefon kann eingeschaltet werden. Auch die IMEI-Nummer ist zu sehen. Der Fehler ist behoben.
