  • Apply some Paste Flux to the bonding pad. Align the new USB IC. Heat to solder the USB IC with Hot Air Gun at 340 °C. Remove tin on the bonding pad with Soldering Iron at 365 °C and solder wick. Clean tin on the bonding pad of the signal board with the same method. Clean the bonding pad with PCB Cleaner.

  • Then we install the motherboard to the Testing Fixture. Connect the power cable and screen. Trigger the boot-up with tweezers. The phone can be turned on.

Aplica un poco de fundente en pasta a la almohadilla de unión. Alinea el nuevo USB IC. Calienta para soldar el IC USB con pistola de aire caliente a 340 °C. Retira el estaño de la almohadilla de unión con un soldador a 365 °C y una mecha de soldadura. Limpia el estaño en la almohadilla de unión del tablero de señales con el mismo método.

Limpia la almohadilla de unión con PCB Cleaner.

Luego instalamos la placa base en el accesorio de prueba. Conecta el cable de alimentación y la pantalla. Activa el arranque con pinzas. El teléfono se puede encender.
