  • Attach the logic board to the holder. Apply some Paste Flux on the USB IC. Heat the USB IC with Hot Air Gun at 340 °C and airflow 3. Nudge the USB IC with tweezers while heating. Take out the USB IC if it becomes loose.

  • Remove tin on the bonding pad with Soldering Iron at 365 °C and Hot Air Gun at 340 °C. Clean tin on the bonding pad again with solder wick.

Conecta la placa lógica al soporte. Aplica un poco de Paste Flux en el USB IC. Calentar el IC USB con pistola de aire caliente a 340 °C y flujo de aire 3. Empujar el IC USB con pinzas mientras se calienta. Saca el USB IC si se afloja.

Retira el estaño de la almohadilla de unión con soldador a 365 °C y pistola de aire caliente a 340 °C. Limpia el estaño en la almohadilla de unión nuevamente con una mecha de soldadura.
