  • Attach the logic board to the holder. Apply some Paste Flux on the USB IC. Heat the USB IC with Hot Air Gun at 340 °C and airflow 3. Nudge the USB IC with tweezers while heating. Take out the USB IC if it becomes loose.

  • Remove tin on the bonding pad with Soldering Iron at 365 °C and Hot Air Gun at 340 °C. Clean tin on the bonding pad again with solder wick.

Attachez la carte mère au support. Appliquez une petite quantité de pâte flux sur la puce IC USB. Chauffez la puce IC avec un pistolet à air chaud à 340 °C et un débit d'air de niveau 3. Poussez la puce IC avec une pincette tout en la chauffant. Retirez-la dès qu'elle se détache.

Enlevez l'étain de la pastille de soudure en utilisant un fer à souder réglé à 365 °C et un pistolet à air chaud à 340 °C. Puis, nettoyez à nouveau l'étain résiduel sur la pastille avec une tresse à dessouder.
