Remove the display

  • Carefully begin to close the display until it's at a ~90 degree angle with the upper case.

  • The hinges should pull out of the case slightly as the display is moved towards the case.

  • Keeping the display at a 90 degree angle with the case, move the display away from the case while holding the case still, so that the hinges slide out the bottom of the case.

  • Remove the display.

  • When you've installed the replacement screen, the MacBook may not boot until you plug in the power supply.

Verwijder het scherm

Probeer het scherm op voorzichtige wijze te sluiten totdat deze in een hoek van 90 graden staat.

De scharnieren zouden een stukje uit de behuizing los moeten komen als je het scherm verder richting de behuizing beweegt.

Houd het scherm in een hoek van 90 graden met de behuizing en trek het scherm vervolgens op voorzichtige wijze weg van de behuizing terwijl je de behuizing vasthoudt. Als het goed is schuiven de scharnieren nu uit de onderkant van de behuizing.

Verwijder het scherm.
