Remove the display

  • Carefully begin to close the display until it's at a ~90 degree angle with the upper case.

  • The hinges should pull out of the case slightly as the display is moved towards the case.

  • Keeping the display at a 90 degree angle with the case, move the display away from the case while holding the case still, so that the hinges slide out the bottom of the case.

  • Remove the display.

  • When you've installed the replacement screen, the MacBook may not boot until you plug in the power supply.

Retirer l'écran

Fermez précautionneusement l'écran jusqu'à ce qu'il est à un angle d'environ 90° avec le boîtier supérieur.

Les charnières devraient sortir de leurs logements au fur et à mesure que l'écran est ramené vers le boitier.

En gardant l'écran à un angle de 90° avec le boitier, faites gentiment bouger l'écran vers le bas pour séparer complètement les charnières de la partie basse du boitier.

Retirez l'écran.

Une fois le nouvel écran installé, il se peut que le MacBook ne démarre pas tant que vous ne le branchez pas sur le secteur.
