Remove the display

  • Carefully begin to close the display until it's at a ~90 degree angle with the upper case.

  • The hinges should pull out of the case slightly as the display is moved towards the case.

  • Keeping the display at a 90 degree angle with the case, move the display away from the case while holding the case still, so that the hinges slide out the bottom of the case.

  • Remove the display.

  • When you've installed the replacement screen, the MacBook may not boot until you plug in the power supply.

Retira la pantalla

Comienza a cerrar la pantalla con cuidado hasta que forme un ángulo de unos 90 grados con la carcasa superior.

Las bisagras deberían salirse ligeramente de la carcasa a medida que la pantalla se acerque a la misma.

Manteniendo la pantalla en un ángulo de 90 grados con la carcasa, aleja la pantalla de la carcasa mientras la mantienes quieta, de modo que las bisagras se deslicen hacia fuera de la parte inferior de la carcasa.

Retira la pantalla.

Cuando hayas instalado la pantalla de reemplazo, es posible que la MacBook no arranque hasta que conecte la fuente de alimentación.
