Desolder a joint

  • Do not use the desoldering pump to desolder joints near small surface-mounted (SMT) components. The heat spillover and suction may dislodge the SMT components.

  • Prime the desoldering pump by depressing the plunger.

  • Heat the solder joint until the solder is liquified. To help with heat transfer, add some solder onto the soldering iron's tip.

  • Position the pump's nozzle as close to the molten solder as possible.

  • The nozzle is made of heat-resistant plastic, so don't worry if you occasionally brush the tip with it.

  • Press the side button to activate the pump.

  • Repeat the process until the joint is clean. You can also use solder wick to help soak up any remnant solder.

Dissalda un giunto

Non usare la pompa dissaldante per dissaldare dei giunti vicino a piccoli componenti a montaggio superficiale (SMT). La fuoriuscita di calore e l'aspirazione potrebbero far staccare i componenti SMT.

Prepara la pompa dissaldante premendo lo stantuffo.

Scalda il giunto saldato finché la saldatura non si è liquefatta. Per aiutarti con il trasferimento di calore, aggiungi dello stagno sulla punta del saldatore.

Posiziona il beccuccio della pompa il più vicino possibile alla saldatura fusa.

La punta è fatta di plastica resistente al calore, quindi non preoccuparti se occasionalmente la tocchi con essa.

Premi il pulsante laterale per attivare la pompa.

Ripeti il processo finché la giuntura è pulita. Puoi usare anche lo stoppino per saldatura per aiutarti ad assorbire tutto lo stagno rimanente.
