Front Panel

  • If your display glass is cracked, keep further breakage contained and prevent bodily harm during your repair by taping the glass.

  • Lay overlapping strips of clear packing tape over the iPad's display until the whole face is covered.

  • This will keep glass shards contained and provide structural integrity when prying and lifting the display.

  • Do your best to follow the rest of the guide as described. However, once the glass is broken, it will likely continue to crack as you work, and you may need to use a metal prying tool to scoop the glass out.

  • If tape isn't working, it is okay. Tape doesn't always work for us either. Instead, you will need some patience, and knowledge of where cables are. You will need to crack the glass yourself and essentially tear the digitizer apart. BE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO DAMAGE THE HOME BUTTON, HOME BUTTON CABLES, LCD PANEL, OR DIGITIZER CABLES.

  • Wear safety glasses to protect your eyes, and be careful not to damage the LCD screen or any flex cables.

Vetro anteriore

Se il vetro del tuo schermo è rotto, evita che si rompa ulteriormente e che ti faccia del male durante la riparazione coprendo il vetro con del nastro adesivo.

Applica delle strisce di nastro adesivo trasparente una sopra l'altra sul vetro dell'iPad fino a coprirlo del tutto.

Questo conterrà le schegge di vetro e fornirà una solidità strutturale al vetro mente fai leva e sollevi lo schermo.

Fai del tuo meglio per seguire il resto della guida come illustrato. Comunque, una volta che il vetro è rotto, continuerà a rompersi anche mentre ci lavori e potresti dover usare uno strumento in metallo per rimuovere il vetro.

Se il nastro non sta funzionando, non preoccuparti: non sempre funziona. In questo caso dovrai avere pazienza e sapere dove sono i cavi. Dovrai rompere del tutto il digitizer e rimuovere i pezzi di vetro uno ad uno. STAI MOLTO ATTENTO A NON DANNEGGIARE IL TASTO HOME, IL SUO CAVO, IL PANNELLO LCD O I CAVI DELLO SCHERMO.

Indossa degli occhiali protettivi per proteggerti gli occhi e stai attento a non danneggiare il pannello LCD o i cavi a nastro.
