Insert an opening pick

  • Once the screen is warm to touch, apply a suction cup to the bottom edge of the phone.

  • If the phone's screen is cracked, the suction handle may not stick. Try lifting it with strong tape, or superglue the suction handle in place and allow it to cure so you can proceed.

  • Lift the screen with the suction handle to create a small gap between the screen and the frame.

  • Insert the tip of an opening pick in the gap between the midframe and the screen.

  • Slide the opening pick to the bottom right corner to cut the adhesive. Leave it in its place to prevent the adhesive from resealing.

Inserisci un plettro di apertura

Una volta che lo schermo è caldo abbastanza al tocco, fai aderire una ventosa vicino al bordo inferiore del telefono.

Se lo schermo del telefono è crepato, la ventosa potrebbe non fare presa. Cerca di sollevarlo con del nastro adesivo resistente, oppure incolla con della supercolla la ventosa sul vetro e lasciala asciugare per procedere.

Solleva il vetro posteriore con la ventosa per creare una piccola fessura tra lo schermo e la cornice.

Inserisci la punta di un plettro nella fessura tra lo schermo e la cornice.

Fai scorrere un plettro verso l'angolo in basso a destra per tagliare l'adesivo. Lascia il plettro in posizione per evitare che l'adesivo si reincolli.
