Wärmeleitpad kontrollieren

  • Unter dem Display sitzt eine Heatpipe, die die Abwärme der CPU nach außen führt. im Montierten Zustand sitzt der sichtbare, kupferne Bereich über der CPU. Um den idealen Wärmetransport zu gewährleisten, sollte ein Wärmeleitpad zwischen der Schirmung auf der Hauptplatine und der Heatpipe sitzen.

  • Kontrolliere, ob das Wärmeleitpad (hellblau) auf dem neuen Display korrekt sitzt und unbeschädigt ist. Das neue Display wird mit einem schon aufgebrachten Pad geliefert.

  • Es kann sein, dass das alte Pad nicht mehr auf dem Display sondern auf der Hauptplatine sitzt. Das ist kein Problem, die Funktion ist zu 100% gegeben. Es dürfen aber nie zwei Pads in deinem montierten SHIFT6mq sein!

Check Thermal Pad

There is a heat pipe under the display that conducts the waste heat from the CPU to the outside. When installed, the visible copper area sits above the CPU. In order to ensure the ideal heat transport, a heat-conducting pad should sit between the shielding on the motherboard and the heat pipe.

Check that the thermal pad (light blue) is correctly seated on the new display and is undamaged. The new display comes with a pad already applied.

It may be that the old pad is no longer on the display but on the motherboard. That's no problem, the function is 100% given. Always ensure that there are not two thermal pads installed in your SHIFT6mq!
