Disconnecting battery

  • Before you proceed to disconnect the battery to reduce the risk of harm to the computer. Or yourself via electric shock.

  • Gently lift up the black cover. Then use your fingernail to flip up the small ZIF connector (Zero insertion force). then detach the cable from the port. The next photo shows what the connector looks like.

  • Remove the single T5 screw holding the battery connector to the laptop.

  • Fold up the connector. Then its disconnected.

  • Place this screw in a parts tray.

Desconectando la batería

Antes de proceder, desconecta la batería para reducir el riesgo de dañar el computador. O a ti mismo por un choque eléctrico.

Con cuidado, levanta la cubierta negra. Después, usa tu uña para levantar el pequeño conector ZIF (Zócalo de Presión Nula). Luego, desconecta el cable del puerto. La siguiente foto muestra cómo se ve el conector.

Remueve el único tornillo T5 sosteniendo el conector de la batería al portátil.

Dobla hacia arriba el conector. Entonces estará desconectado.
