Remove the battery

  • Apply a suction cup to the back of the battery.

  • Pull up on the suction cup with strong, steady force to begin to separate the battery from the frame.

  • If this is difficult, apply a few more drops of isopropyl alcohol underneath the battery, let it sit for two minutes, and try again.

  • Insert the point of an opening pick into the gap created between the battery and frame.

  • Don't insert the opening pick more than halfway or you risk damaging the fingerprint sensor underneath.

  • Pull up on the suction cup to remove the battery.

  • If you used isopropyl alcohol, wait ten minutes before installing the new battery to allow the alcohol to completely evaporate.

  • When you're reassembling your phone, remove the old adhesive and apply stretch release adhesive strips, double sided adhesive tape, or pre-cut adhesive to secure the new battery.

Verwijder de batterij

Druk een zuignap op de achterkant van de batterij.

Trek de zuignap met een sterke, constante kracht omhoog om de batterij van het frame te scheiden.

Als je hier veel moeite mee hebt, dien je wat extra druppels isopropyl alcohol onder de batterij toe, laat je dit twee minuten intrekken en probeer je het nog eens.

Steek de punt van een openingsplectrum in de opening die je tussen de batterij en het frame hebt weten te creëren.

Steek je plectrum niet verder dan halverwege in je telefoon, aangezien je daarmee riskeert de vingerafdruksensor te beschadigen.

Trek de zuignap omhoog om de batterij te verwijderen.

De batterij zou vrij gemakkelijk los moeten komen als de isopropyl alcohol eenmaal voldoende onder de batterij is ingetrokken.

Verwijder, bij het weer in elkaar zetten van je telefoon, de oude lijm en breng kleefstrips met treklip, dubbelzijdige tape of vooraf op maat gesneden kleefstrips aan om de nieuwe batterij te bevestigen.
