Remove the battery

  • Apply a suction cup to the back of the battery.

  • Pull up on the suction cup with strong, steady force to begin to separate the battery from the frame.

  • If this is difficult, apply a few more drops of isopropyl alcohol underneath the battery, let it sit for two minutes, and try again.

  • Insert the point of an opening pick into the gap created between the battery and frame.

  • Don't insert the opening pick more than halfway or you risk damaging the fingerprint sensor underneath.

  • Pull up on the suction cup to remove the battery.

  • If you used isopropyl alcohol, wait ten minutes before installing the new battery to allow the alcohol to completely evaporate.

  • When you're reassembling your phone, remove the old adhesive and apply stretch release adhesive strips, double sided adhesive tape, or pre-cut adhesive to secure the new battery.

Remueve la batería

Aplica una ventosa a la parte trasera de la batería.

Tira de la ventosa con una fuerza fuerte y constante para empezar a separar la batería del marco.

Si esto es difícil, aplica unas pocas gotas más de alcohol isopropílico debajo de la batería, déjala reposar durante dos minutos e inténtalo de nuevo.

Inserta la punta de una púa en el hueco creado entre la batería y el marco.

No insertes la púa de la apertura más de la mitad o te arriesgas a dañar el sensor de huellas digitales que está debajo.

Tira de la ventosa para remover la batería.

Si utilizaste alcohol isopropílico, espera diez minutos antes de instalar la batería nueva para permitir que el alcohol se evapore por completo.

Cuando estés volviendo a montar el teléfono, retira el adhesivo antiguo y aplica tiras adhesivas de liberación elástica, cinta adhesiva de doble cara o adhesivo precortado para asegurar la nueva batería.
