Check the iris movement

  • You have now reached the iris assembly. The blades are fixed in position, they do not jump out easily, but be careful when touching them. Look at the 3rd picture, on the top you can see the irs gears. The metal gear is moved by the motor, and it moves a second small plastic gear , and this one moves the iris plastic ring.

  • You can check if the blades are sticky, and if the gears are damaged. You can switch on the camera, and push the shutter button , you will see the blades moving and check if all is ok (don't touch them while moving, they are very thin).

  • If you fully open the iris, you can clean the lens, if needed, without removing the iris.

Controlla il movimento del diaframma

Adesso hai raggiunto l'assemblaggio del diaframma. Le lame sono fissate in posizione, non saltano fuori facilmente, ma stai attento quando le tocchi. Guarda la terza foto, in alto puoi vedere l'ingranaggio. L'ingranaggio di metallo viene attivato dal motore, e muove un secondo ingranaggio piccolo, e questo muove l'anello di plastica del diaframma.

Puoi controllare se le lame sono appiccicose e se l'ingranaggio è danneggiato. Puoi accendere la macchina fotografica e premere il tasto di scatto, vedrai le lame muoversi e controlla se va tutto bene (non toccarle mentre si muovono, sono molto sottili).

Se apri completamente il diaframma, puoi pulire la lente, se necessario, senza rimuovere il diaframma.
