Disconnect/peel off ribbon cables

  • Starting from the top edge, lift the display slightly.

  • If you feel any resistance, use heat and an opening pick to slice through any remaining adhesive.

  • Before completely removing the display:

  • Disconnect the three display cables.

  • Gently peel from the frame 2 orange ribbon cables that are glued to it, as those should stay with the display. (e.g. use a thin plastic card to separate them)

Flachbandkabel abtrennen/ablösen

Beginne an der Oberkante das Display leicht anzuheben.

Wenn du Widerstand bemerkst, dann erwärme das Display erneut und trenne mit dem Plektrum den restlichen Kleber auf.

Bevor du das Display ganz entfernst,

Trenne die drei Displaykabel ab.

Zwei orangene Flachbandkabel sind mit dem Rahmen verklebt. Löse sie behutsam vom Rahmen ab (z.B. mit einer dünnen Kunststoffkarte), da sie am Display bleiben sollen.
