  • Here is the finished heater repaired and ready to refit.

  • Reverse the order to re-assemble. So bolt the heater back into the chassis, reconnect the steamer wand, replace the steamer knob. Reconnect the pump, and the water supply. Reconnect the horsehoe shaped heater power, clamp the heater cut out resister (in its tube) back under the earth clamp, finally reattach the four thermostat connections.

  • Replace the cover, and reattach with the 2 cross-head screws.

  • Fill the water tank. Power the machine back up and turn it on. Wait for it to warm up, and purge the heater with a few runs of water, until it runs clean.

  • Make yourself a cup of coffee, you deserve it.

Aquí está el calentador terminado, reparado y listo para volver a colocar.

Invierte el orden para volver a ensamblar. Por lo tanto, vuelve a atornillar el calentador al chasis, vuelve a conectar la varilla del vaporizador, vuelve a colocar la perilla del vaporizador. Vuelve a conectar la bomba y el suministro de agua.

Vuelve a conectar la energía del calentador en forma de herradura, sujeta la resistencia de corte del calentador (en su tubo) nuevamente debajo de la abrazadera de tierra y, finalmente, vuelve a colocar las cuatro conexiones del termostato.

Vuelve a colocar la tapa y vuelve a colocarla con los 2 tornillos de cabeza en cruz.

Llena el tanque de agua. Vuelve a encender la máquina y enciéndela. Espera a que se caliente y purga el calentador con algunos chorros de agua, hasta que salga limpio.
