Heat up the end of the wire from the tip of the solder iron.
While the wire is still hot, untwist the wires using pliers.
If other wires are obstructing each other, you can cut the black zip tie holding together the wires for more room.
During reassembly, twist each independent end of wire into each other with pliers until the twisted wire’s end is pointed.
