Open the back cover

  • Before you begin, be sure to unplug the TV.

  • Caution: The circuit board contains capacitors (they look like cylinders) that can shock you if they discharge. Be careful not to touch them as you work. If possible, use a capacitor discharge probe to safely rid the capacitors of dangerous charges.

  • Put the TV on a large, flat surface with the display facing down.

  • Loosen all screws which hold the back cover. They are all the same size except for one (which is marked with an orange arrow in the picture). Be careful with the four screws in the lower center region - they hold the stand (the base).

  • Take off the back cover without applying force. Collect all screws in a box or leave them sticking in the back cover - inside you will have more screws of the same type and you don't wanna lose count.

Back Cover abnehmen

Ziehe vor Reparaturbeginn unbedingt den Netzstecker!

Vosicht: Auf der Leiterplatte befinden sich Kondensatoren. (sehen wie kleine Dosen aus), die kräftige elektronische Schläge austeilen können. Arbeite vorsichtig und berühre sie nicht. Benutze wenn möglich einen Entlader für Kondensatoren um diese sicher zu entladen.

Lege den Fernseher auf eine flache Unterlage, Display nach unten.

Entferne alle Schrauben die das Back Cover fixieren. Sie haben alle die gleiche Größe bis auf eine kleinere Schraube, die ich im Bild orange markiert habe. Vier Schrauben unten in der Mitte halten auch den Standfuß - bitte aufpassen!

Vorsichtig und ohne Gewalt die Abdeckung des Fernsehers abziehen und die Schrauben alle beiseite legen (oder im Cover stecken lassen). Der gleiche Typ Schrauben wird innen auch noch auftauchen.
