Moving the head/carriage unit

  • Turn the paper feed roller gear in the direction of the arrow until the head stopper of the maintenance unit clicks.

  • From this step on, it might be a good idea to wear nitrile gloves to protect your hands from ink stains. But don't worry; they wash off easily.

  • Slide the head/carriage unit to the removal slot position at the far left. Don't remove it yet.

  • This is the removal slot.

Déplacement de l'unité tête/chariot

Tournez l'engrenage du rouleau d'alimentation papier dans le sens de la flèche jusqu'à ce que la butée de tête de l'unité de maintenance s'enclenche.

À partir de cette étape, il peut être judicieux de porter des gants en nitrile pour protéger vos mains des taches d'encre. Mais ne vous inquiétez pas ; ils se lavent facilement.

Faites glisser l'unité tête/chariot vers la position de l'emplacement de retrait à l'extrême gauche. Ne le retirez pas encore.
