Moving the head/carriage unit

  • Turn the paper feed roller gear in the direction of the arrow until the head stopper of the maintenance unit clicks.

  • From this step on, it might be a good idea to wear nitrile gloves to protect your hands from ink stains. But don't worry; they wash off easily.

  • Slide the head/carriage unit to the removal slot position at the far left. Don't remove it yet.

  • This is the removal slot.

Druckkopfschiene verschieben

Drehe das Zahnrad für den Papiertransport in Pfeilrichtung bis der Anschlag klickt.

Ab jetzt solltest du besser Nytrilhandschuhe tragen, deine Hände werden sonst ziemlich schmutzig. Keine Angst, das geht alles wieder ab.

Schiebe den Druckkopf ganz nach links in die Stellung, wo er entnommen werden kann. Entferne ihn aber noch nicht.
