Removing the carriage frame assembly

  • Lift the carriage frame assembly out of the printer, making sure to keep the head/carriage unit over its release slots.

  • When reinstalling, make sure it's seated properly. It may require some wiggling, but it will fit firmly when placed correctly.

  • Note these hooks, which have to be disengaged from the switchback frame assembly in front of it during removal. Just wiggle the carriage frame assembly around while lifting, and they should come loose.

Druckkopfschiene entfernen

Hebe die Druckkopfschiene aus dem Drucker, achte dabei darauf, dass der Druckkopf über dem Ausschnitt zum Entfernen steht.

Achte beim Zusammenbau darauf, dass sie richtig sitzt. Du musst eventuell ein bisschen wackeln, wenn sie richtig passt, sitzt sie auch fest.

Achte auf die Haken, die beim Ausbau vorne an der Rückschalter-Rahmrneinheit gelöst werden müssen. Wackele ein bisschen mit der Druckkopfschiene beim Anheben herum und sie sollten sich lösen.
