  • Before starting, make sure your laptop is completely powered off.

  • Open the laptop and position the screen to face you.

  • Carefully wedge a Jimmy between the black screen border and the silver monitor backing, and then rotate the Jimmy upwards and away from you until they separate.

  • If your screen is not cracked, there is a chance of doing so here. Perform this step with caution, control, and focus.

Stelle sicher, dass dein Laptop komplett ausgeschaltet ist, bevor du beginnst.

Öffne das Laptop und stelle es mit dem Bildschirm zu dir zeigend auf.

Bringe einen Jimmy vorsichtig zwischen den schwarzen Bildschirmrand und die silberne Monitorrückseite ein, rotiere den Jimmy dann nach oben und von dir weg bis sich die beiden Teile separieren.

Wenn dein Bildschirm noch nicht gesplittert ist, besteht hier die Gefahr, dass das passiert. Sei bei diesem Schritt also vorsichtig und arbeite hier kontrolliert und konzentriert.
