Separating the LCD and digitizer

  • The LCD and digitizer are not glued together with LOCA glue, but just with adhesive around the edges of the digitizer.

  • The digitizer is connected to the LCD with a flex cable. Flip up the bottom half of the connector.

  • Apply gentle heat to the IC. Insert a pick as shown and separate.

  • To separate the LCD and digitizer, apply gentle heat to the front of the assembly and gently slide picks along the edges of the LCD.

La pantalla LCD y el digitalizador no están pegados con pegamento LOCA, sino solo con adhesivo alrededor de los bordes del digitalizador.

El digitalizador está conectado a la pantalla LCD con un cable flexible. Levanta la mitad inferior del conector.

Aplica calor suave al IC. Inserta una púa como se muestra y sepárala.

Para separar la pantalla LCD y el digitalizador, aplica calor suave en la parte delantera del ensamblaje y desliza suavemente las púas a lo largo de los bordes de la pantalla LCD.
