Remove the display assembly

  • Keep a firm grip on both the screen and main body of the MacBook Pro. Either half can fall unexpectedly during this step.

  • Push both halves of the MacBook Pro together so that the hinge brackets can be lifted clear of their recesses in the chassis.

  • Push the main body of the MacBook Pro away from you while pulling the screen toward you to separate it.

  • Remove the display/screen assembly, being careful not to snag it on any cables.

  • During reassembly, ensure the display cable assembly lies on the correct side of the main body before refastening the hinge bolts.

  • Be sure to confirm that both connectors on either side of the display cable assembly are fully seated, as these may have come loose during the disassembly process.

Displayeinheit entfernen

Halte das Display und den Computer gut fest. Bei diesem Schritt können die beiden Teile leicht herunterfallen.

Drücke die beiden Teile des MacBooks zusammen, so dass die Scharnierhalterungen aus ihren Vertiefungen im Rahmen herauskommen.

Drücke den Computer von dir weg und ziehe gleichzeitig das Display zu dir hin, so dass sich die beiden Teile voneinander lösen.

Entferne die Displayeinheit, achte dabei darauf, dass sich keine Kabel verhaken.

Achte beim Zusammenbau darauf, dass die Display-Kabelheinheit auf der richtigen Seite des Laptops liegt, bevor du die Scharnierschrauben wieder einsetzt.

Achte darauf, dass beide Stecker auf jeder Seite der Displaykabeleinheit gut sitzen, da sie sich während der Reparatur gelöst haben könnten.
