Remove the daughterboard by carefully lifting the daughterboard out of the speaker with the metal spudger.
Use iFixit adhesive remover as directed
Before you remove the daughterboard, cut around the edges using the tech knife, and remove the adhesive securing the daughterboard to the speaker.
