  • Wedge the sharp edge of your iFixit opening tool between the headphone jack flex and the plastic frame it's adhered to.

  • Carefully press down to separate the headphone jack flex cable from the adhesive securing it.

  • Don't use too much force, or you may damage the flex cable. If necessary, apply heat or a few drops of isopropyl alcohol to help weaken the adhesive and make it easier to remove.

Breng de scherpe zijde van je iFixit-openingstool aan tussen de flexkabel van de hoofdtelefoonjack en het plastic frame waar het aan vast zit.

Druk deze vervolgens voorzichtig naar beneden om de flexkabel van de hoofdtelefoonjack te scheiden van de lijm die het bevestigt.

Gebruik hierbij niet te veel kracht aangezien je daarmee riskeert de flexkabel te scheiden. Gebruik, indien nodig, wat warmte of een aantal druppels isopropyl alcohol om de lijm te verzwakken en het verwijderen van de flexkabel makkelijker te maken.
