If the battery is non-removable

  • Shut down your Mac.

  • Unplug the MagSafe or USB-C power adapter from your computer.

  • Using the built-in keyboard, press Shift-Control-Option on the left side of the keyboard, then press the power button at the same time. Hold these keys and the power button for 10 seconds.

  • Release all keys.

  • Reconnect the power adapter.

  • Press the power button again to turn on your Mac.

もし、バッテリーが外せないなら

Macをシャットダウンしてください。

MagSafe または USB-C 電源アダプタをコンピュータから抜きます。

内蔵キーボードで、キーボード左側のShift-Control-Optionを押しながら、電源ボタンを同時に押します。これらのキーと電源ボタンを10秒間押したままにします。

すべてのキーを離します。

電源アダプターを再接続します。

電源ボタンをもう一度押して、Macの電源を入れます。
