  • Before installing a new display, it's very important to remove all traces of the old adhesive from the frame, while taking special care to remove any small glass fragments.

  • After removing all traces of glue and glass from the frame, clean the adhesion areas with 90% (or higher) isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free cloth or coffee filter. Swipe in one direction only, not back and forth.

  • This helps remove any remaining adhesive residue and preps the surface for the new display.

  • If the frame is bent, or if any glue or glass remnants are left behind, the new display will not mount correctly and may be damaged.

  • The best way to secure the new screen is with a sheet of custom-cut double-sided tape. Apply the tape to the back of the screen, then carefully feed the display cable through the frame. Align the screen and press it into place.

Antes de instalar la nueva pantalla, es muy importante remover todas las huellas del antiguo adhesivo del marco y tener especial cuidado de remover cualquier fragmento pequeño de cristal.

Luego de remover todas las huellas de adhesivo y cristal del marco, limpia las áreas de adhesión con alcohol propílico 90% (o más) y un paño anti-pelusa o filtro de cafe. Desliza en una dirección solamente, no hacia atrás y adelante.

Esto ayuda a remover cualquier resto de adhesivo y prepara la superficie para la nueva pantalla.

Si el marco está doblado o si algo de restos de pegamento de de cristal , la pantalla nueva no se montará correctamente y podría dañarse.

La mejor manera de sujetar la pantalla nueva es con un lámina de cinta adhesiva de doble lado con corte personalizado. Aplica toda la cinta en la parte trasera de la pantalla, luego con cuidado pasa el cable de pantalla a través del marco. Alinea la pantalla y presiónala en su lugar.
