  • Only the logic board remains.

  • The logic board includes the PRAM battery. If your replacement logic board does not include the battery, you can transfer the battery over from your old logic board by following these steps.

  • Follow our thermal paste application guide to reapply the thermal paste to the CPU.

  • During reassembly of the logic board, pay attention to the position of the I/O connectors. When the board is back in the case, insert a USB or Thunderbolt cable into one of the connectors to align it perfectly.

ロジックボードはPRAMバッテリーを含みます。交換用のロジックボードにバッテリーが含まれていない場合は、こちらのガイドを参照して、バッテリーを古いロジックボードから取り出して移植してください。

放熱グリスをCPUに再装着するには、放熱グリスの塗布ガイドを参照してください。

ロジックボードを再組立する際は、 I/Oコネクタの位置にご注意ください。ロジックボードをケースに戻したら、USBまたはThunderboltケーブルをコネクタの1つに差し込み、きちんと位置合わせをします。
