1 × 5mm allen wrench, 5mm Allen Key with handle—Make sure that this has a very long handle and that you are able to put a lot of torque into this allen key - a cheap IKEA one will not do. There is loctite on some of the screws, and you are going to need to put it deep into the scooter to get at the 5mm allen screws.
