These wheels control the main movement of the device. Since it is one of the main parts used, the tires of the wheel may get worn, debris may get caught inside, or the wheel may just need to be replaced from overuse.

While the Roomba is upside down, remove the 4.0mm screw surrounding the side brush using a Phillips #2 screwdriver.

Remove the brush.

Unscrew the four 3.5mm screws on the back cover using a Phillips #2 screwdriver.

Remove the back cover.

Unscrew the six 3.5mm screws using a Phillips #00 screwdriver. Each wheel has three screws.

Once all the screws are out, take out the wheels.
I have taken the wheels out and cleaned all Oliver all around but the one wheel still does not turn brand new Wheels I put on it

In step 3, the screw positions are just a bit off. They are not under the corners of the battery but under into the wheel housing.
