Push the tubes(the ones that go through the racket frame) from the inside of the racket to remove the old grommets and the bumper guard. You may use your thumbs.

Use and edge of your cutting tool to push the tubes out if necessary.

Some of the tubes might be too stiff and won't come out that easily. Use a cutting tool to avoid hurting your thumb.
