Heat an iOpener and place it on the back of the phone's right edge for two minutes. You may need to reheat and reapply the iOpener.

Alternatively, fill a plastic dropper or syringe with high concentration isopropyl alcohol and apply a few drops of alcohol under both edges of the battery. Give the alcohol a minute to weaken the battery adhesive.
