Locate the flex cable attaching each speaker to the motherboard.

Carefully use a nylon spudger to lift the cable and detach it from the motherboard.

Lift the speaker out of the device.

If the speaker does not come out easily, use a flat tool under the flex cable to slightly lift the speaker out of place before removing it with your hands.

Be careful when working with flex cables. Excessive force and sharp tools have the potential to damage these components.
