After removing screws

Push forward on back panel and it should slide forward.

Remove old panel

( I keep all new parts from IFixIT in package in till I am ready for repair)

I place back panel gently on the Iphone 4 . Slide the back panel down and screws both screws back in place . With P2 screwdriver
