Once the hinges are lifted, there are no longer any parts attaching the base to the screen.

Slide both hands between the base and the screen.

Carefully, lift the whole base until it is at an angle of about 60 degrees.

To remove the base from the screen, slide the base back towards yourself.

On the left side of the computer is a wire that goes around the hinge. Be careful to slide the screen out in a way that will avoid the hinge being caught on this wire.
