(a) Now that the tire is popped off of the rim, use the persuasion bar to get under the rubber of the tire and put it over the rim. (b) When you pull the rubber of the tire over the rim be sure to push the persuasion bar towards the opposite side of the tire.

If the rubber is not going over the rim, verify that steps 2 and 3 have been completed and the tire is completely popped off of the rim.
