1. Turn off the phone.

2. Press and hold the Volume Down and Power On buttons.

3. When you feel a vibration, release only the Power On button.

4. You will see on the screen an exclamation mark (!).

5. Press the keys in this order: • Volume Up > Volume Down > Power > Volume Down •

The phone will restart.
