The speakers are located near the top of the device close to the camera.

Using a desoldering tool, remove the speakers from the pads they are soldered to.

Note that the red wire is removed from the pad labeled with a "+" and the black wire comes from the pad labeled with a "-".

Solder the new speaker's wires onto their respective pads
